	Diabetes Nurse Education A diabetes nurse educator is available to assist if you are newly diagnosed with diabetes, or would like help with blood glucose monitoring, managing medications, or general advice about managing your condition. Eligibility Anyone who has diabetes, or would like to know more information about it. Fees To be advised.
